Seamless Edge Sealing Machine is designed for welding box without bad looking. After welding surface look very good as nothing done on surface. The edge sealing machine mostly used for pp corrugated box, Corflute Asparagus Box, Green Corn Box, Sugar Pea Box, Hollow Packing Box and other Fruit Packaging Box etc.
The growing demand of sealed-flute hollow-profile-sheets for making boxes, box pallets and interlayer-pads has pushed us to study a solution to meet the increasing request of its customers.
After many years of study, designing, developments and improvements PPP Solution presents its series of machines for the welding/assembling of RSC – Regular Slot Cartonplast Box or Box Pallet’s Sleeves:
Single Sleeve Welding Head machine: semiautomatic machine to weld the 2 external sides of the RSC single sheet die cut thus joining them together to obtain the assembly of the RSC box seamless. The same machine can be used for the welding/assembly of bigger RSC boxes or Box Pallet’s Sleeves by using two die cut sheets and passing them two times in the machine: the first passage is welding/joining the two die cuts together and in the second passage is carried out the welding of the two external sides of the two die cut sheets thus joining them together to obtain the assembly of the RSC box or Box Pallet’s Sleeve. In the touch screen is possible to save and recall all the machine’s running parameters for each specific RSC box or Box Pallet’s Sleeve. Finally, the machine can be used for the simply joining/welding of two sheets together to obtain a wider sheet.
Pallet Sleeve Making Machine is to produce pallet sleeve for pallet and lid, such as conpearl box, KTP containers, pallet pack, pallet box etc. The machine can process 8-15mm S type pp corrugated sheet, X type PP Hollow Board and PP Honeycomb Board or Bubble Guard material.
The equipment includes side edge sealing machine, hole sloting machine, open door/window machine, 3/6 creasing machine and final jointing machine. Manully or Auto type two kind machine for choosing. After our testing , it can process any material from any machines.
PP Pallet Sleeve Making Machine designed to process bubble guard, pp honeycomb board, S type pp corrugated sheet and X type pp hollow board for plastic sleeve. It can process thickness 8mm-15mm material and width upto 1300mm or 1500mm.
Plastic Sleeve Production Machine includes PLC control system(SIEMENS), Automatic feeding unit, Edge trimming unit, Round/Flat/Pointed Edge sealing unit, Hole Slotting/Punching unit, Die-cutting unit, Creasing unit(hinge making), Stacking unit and hot-melt welding unit(butt fusion welder). Raw material saw cutting is optional.
